Birth

• Continuous labor support while in hospital for you and your support person
• Providing a sacred space
• Emotional support
• Pain relief through massage, pressure points, breathing techniques
• 24 hour on call period from 37 weeks until delivery
• Assistance with breastfeeding

Postnatal visit within 7 days after your delivery

• Includes by comprehensive breastfeeding assessment
• Approx 60-90  min
• Includes a breastfeeding assessment
• Education, advise and support
• Recommendations
• Baby weight check
• Family centered feeding plan
