I’m Sara Helzer

An RN since 2005, IBCLC since 2019 and a mother of 3 Kids since 2007.

Breastfeeding can be challenging, and having 3 kids of my own and over coming personal breastfeeding challenges, I bring in a wealth of knowledge and experience to help Mummies on their journeys with their newborns
